The hospitality was great and they did go beyond than usual service to assist me whenever needed.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist even guided me on how to register the sim card and offer to top-up my sim card. The security also was very friendly and helped me to call my guide.

The location a bit deep into residential area which you need to pass along small road.

Fair value for money

Clean room and comfy bad. Close to a big mall.

As a Deluxe suite was pretty small, toilet as well and with rusty amenities. Rough location.

Wonderful

I like the interiors first of all. It was a small room though but I was amazed with everything. It was just simply perfect just how I imagined it to be. I most especially like the roof deck, where there's also wifi and tables and chairs where it's very comfortable to lounge to. Also I remember, the bathroom has enough body wash & shampoo in it. Not the usual small packs. And smells like green apple. Love it!

There's no tubig machine nearby nor the place sells water. It was just a little inconvenient. And the blanket was too small for us to share. I was just expecting more on the blanket part since it's basic. Also, I almost forgot, there's no proper parking lot. These are just minor things that may make or break someone's stay at your place. But I'm giving you guys a good review as we enjoyed our stay at your place still despite all these.

Great stay

We had a great time, the staff were very friendly. The location was easy to get to from the airport with Grab, on the map it looks tricky but if you follow maps the small road is accessable it's just a gated community so looks like you can't go there, but you can! There are lots of jeepneys and buses nearby that can take you into the centre. Lots of food and shops for anything you need. The room was really comfortable and a nice hot shower.

No fault of their own, but there was a wedding so was woken up by people at 4am onwards. Children knocking on the door. Maybe next time book them to a different floor or please tell people there is a large group booking I'm sure they will be happy to move rooms if it means they'll sleep!

Clean rooms and spacious with attentive staff

attentive staff- made sure our needs were catered for, shopping centre nearby with 7-11, great roof terrace

in a location where nothing else is close (not down to the hotel though)

The minimal experience but we appreciate that the roof deck is open for some fresh air.

The room is exact from the website.

The toilet should be cleaned well. The path going to the hotel should be cement to avoid mud and dirt.

the staff were friendly. they gave free water they were eager to assist

the booking payment did not go through as per staff I had to pay cash even tho my booking was confirmed. the bed was itchy the bathroom is small. the WiFi was very bad
